Wow, That’s something 6:15 I’ve Never seen on a PCT vlog before. You’d never see that in Oz🇦🇺. My whole understanding for that kind of thing has changed after the last 3years - and especially after walking and talking with (mostly🇺🇸) PCTers in ‘21. It's OK to fire the weapon ... but ... did you go retrieve the bullets afterwards? I mean, you know, LNT and all that ... 😅 Glad to see yon enjoyed Carson-Iceberg. And yeah, aspens are all along the Sierra Eastern Escarpment from about that point all the way to south of Whitney.
Excited to see the Sierra! I spent a few months at the mountain warfare center in Bridgeport and it was absolutely breathtaking. Did you end up switching out any of your gear for the Sierra?

I didn’t! It was very cold but I had a solid pad to keep me warm!
