    best Xvive U4 tutorial seen... any chance th 5GHz bandwith will be added in the future..? Even less latency and less interference issues...? I have been looking for an in ear WIFi system for quite some time and I am convinced the U4 is the one I need... with two transmitters and 6 or 8 receivers so I can make mon 2 mixes..

  • @rockkstah2550

    6 "different mixes" means 6 separate transmitter, there is no way you can have 6 different mixes with one transmitter and 6 receivers.

    You mention having to turn off your wifi - that's a non-starter given most modern digital mixers work with routers for wifi control. Did you consider this?

      There has one XLR Male to 1/4" TS Male Adapter come in u4 pack,you can use that adapter plug in Aux output,or just plug transmitter to XLR output.You can try the U4R2

    Just got these and everything about them is pretty awesome...But, really, why mono? This was driving me nuts - I thought my mixer was broken until I watched this video. I mean, you chose mono not just because monitor wedges are mono, right? Hopefully you will reconsider. There is plenty of value in rehearsing with an in-ear stereo mix. You need to put MONO in big type on the front of the box.

      Random question to another owner. Does your receiver unit channel button feel kind of loose? I bumped mine at a gig and it's kinda loose feeling but i'm not sure if that's just what they're like anyway?

    • @romanellisonorizacao
      @romanellisonorizacao 3 года назад

      5ms is pretty low, you can't recognize it as a delayed signal

    • @peterschaefer1665
      @peterschaefer1665 3 года назад +1

      @@romanellisonorizacao yes but my point is when you combine guitar and monitor latency so 10 ms...wouldn't that be detectable?

    • @romanellisonorizacao
      @romanellisonorizacao 3 года назад +1

      @@peterschaefer1665 You will start to detect latency issues when it's 30ms or more. The max you will notice on 10ms is a little bit of phasing, but nothing that will be a real problem on monitoring your audio

    • @sgprox021
      @sgprox021 2 года назад

      Of course, with digital everywhere, all the latencies are added and we end up less immersed. . . and each manufacturer one by one says that it is not heard. . .

      Please make sure the unit is powered off when you charging, the red light stays on when charging and it will be off after fully charging. If it still keeps flashing red light, please check how long it will take to fully charge and how long the battery lasts after fully charging. Normally it will take around 2-2.5hrs to finish charging. What about all the cell phones with WiFi on in the room/ on stage?

    This is better if the design has an external battery. When the battery lifespan is over, I can simply purchase a new battery and install. With this existing design, it is difficult to find a replacement battery and a service center to do battery replacement.
