    I have over 100 shades and this last order just kind of pissed me off. I ordered in March and it took 3 months. I understand they’re a small brand, but the lack of communication and posting a broad statement on Instagram is just a big fat no in my books. I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Such a shame because I loved the brand.

    Thanks for this update, Milly! I love cheap thrills and I adore Looxi, but I find that I have to research my purchases just as carefully as I would when spending $15+ per shadow! There are awesome standouts AND total duds. I’m very worried about the direction they’re taking, however. You’ve confirmed my fears by swatching old and new versions of Feels, for example. I can be patient and put up very limited communication from the brand but I really hope they get back to the super sparkly, shiny, shifty shades that were getting them so much well-deserved attention. The new stuff just doesn’t compare!

    Ugh, I have been waiting on my order for well over a month now. And you are right about their lack of communication as well. Emailed them with nary a response. Such a shame because I have been a loyal customer for years. Can't beat their prices. I have been worried that they were going out of business soon.

      They really have a loyal customer base and should be doing better, they’ve been in business for long enough to know better and have at least some sort of shipping TAT info on their website

      I emailed them to tell them a shadow I received from them in March, has MOLD along the whole rim already. (Or did until I tossed it). They have not responded to this either, no interest in seeing pics or anything.

    I ordered a backup of Angel Wings recently and it is so dry compared to the original formula :( I wondered if maybe they were trying to respond to general feedback that the formula was too emollient, tho I loved it that way. I don’t mind manufactured eyeshadows, but I don’t see why they can’t keep all the ingredients and ratios the same. I plan to write to them to let them know my opinion - maybe if they hear that people aren’t happy with the new formulas, they’ll change things back 🙏

    for the price looxi is so good especially the last 2 years however yes the lack of communication on any platform is just not it. I have shades spanning over the past 4-5 years and im glad the formula has gotten better. hopefully she will be putting time into the company once the switch happens...

    Big heads up here - I received a Looxi shadow in March, that by early June I found with bits of MOLD all around the rim of the pan. I've politely tried to email Looxi twice to show them pics over the course of two weeks, and they will not respond. I used to like this company, but if they don't even care there's MOLD in recent products, I must let others know too.

    looxi was my first small indie because of how affordable they were. i only made 2 purchases from them shortly after each other and then never again. my main issue was all their shades were super crease-y on me within like 2 hours. i was only able to use them on my lower lashline or for the lighter ones i have on the inner corner/highlight. i ended up decluttering almost all of them which was a bummer as they are super affordable and the ones i had were pretty in swatches. i just didn't want to risk spending money on stuff i can't use so i skipped everything else they released even if they looked pretty on their socials/website. pretty sad reading some of the comments here about how it seems stuff has gotten worse on the fulfillment/customer service end as i had no issues when i bought from them ages ago. your swatches still make me go "ooooo~~" for a few of these shades

    I only bought once and am glad to have the original angel wings. I see that some people say it’s not the same anymore 😢 that first purple shade you compared was so gorgeous, why would they do that! I get mad creasing with the Looxi shadows I have but I still liked most of my order. It’s so bizarre how they go radio silent and change things around without letting people know what’s going on. Such bad business. I want to see them return to their former glory

    I’m so upset because I never received my order from them that I put May 2nd. Their website is gone and their email no longer exists, so I can’t communicate with them at all! Their instagram is inactive now and I have a feeling that their instagram page will be gone soon too. They just took everyone’s money and ran off with it. It’s upsetting because I was a prior customer. Their shadows were so beautiful and I wish they would’ve been better with their customers.

    i ordered from them maybe last winter and got shimmy and big bang which look totally different with barely any bluish particles only pink to gold shift on both of them so maybe the handmade batches lend to a lot of inconsistencies. i also emailed asking for support with the colors being off and got no response at all. i had good experiences in the past but prob wont be ordering again any time soon.

    Thanks for bringing attention to this. I also made an order at the end of March replacing "angel wings" and "caterpiller." I was soo disappointed, what I received doesnt compare to what I was replacing.😢

    Thanks this was helpful!!! I’ve been looking for a single that’s like the pink w/ blue shimmers in the odens eye x Lauren Mae palette. I’m not even a pink shadow girl AT all but that shadow is stunning & I’ve made a huge dent in it to the point is stressing me out cuz idw it to run out/wanna find a similar one. It’s so unique, shiny & dimensional.

    I have like 70 Looxi singles. I used to love them but they r changing their formula and when I emailed about one of the shades totally changing they didn’t respond

    I have 16 Looxi shades and i love them all , i always put them in my Byop's ,even are on the emollient side and i have oily eyelids i don't have any problems! However i wanted to place another order this year and i couldn't pay with PayPal and they didn't offer the possibility to ship international!

      Which is really too bad because I’ve literally never had any issues with them before and now I’m going to have to do a charge-back with my bank so they will give me my money back.

    Looks like they closed their website down now too. Sounds like they’ve stolen a bunch of people’s money.. mine included. If they are rebranding, they should just say that. What is happening right now is an actual crime. I hope every single charge-back against them is successful.

      I’m in the process of disputing my order just now. It took me a minute to realize I hadn’t received my order and decided to try to contact them and when I got the email delivery fail notification, I knew that wasn’t a good sign. They scammed their customers so bad.

    I placed my order on April 2nd, still didn't get it. Maybe it will actually ship soon 😂 It's a bit worrisome that they removed the customer service email and everything in the shop is now marked as sold out. I'm still giving them till the end of june before contacting my bank since I've been shopping for years without any issues.

    FYI I did not get any communication until i reported them to paypal. this was a few years ago when i thought two weeks without a word was too long for indie brands. I know better now but yeah the only time I heard from them was when i did that.

      They disabled their email, aren't responding on socials, and their store front is all sold out. I've been waiting for 2 months and started my dispute.

    I have a lot of Looxie shadows, but I haven’t bought any recently because I felt like every release was just satin gold and nudes 🥱. I’m so bummed they’re messing with their formula! I’m NOT a satin-lover (wannabe shimmers) and their shimmers of old were beautiful and somehow only $3. Anybody have Apollo or Painted Lady? If you know, you know.
