I changed the battery but it won’t charge turns on but stays on 0% if I unplug it it dies

I would be thinking a dud replacement battery
But the original battery and see if you can get it to charge

if i let the tablet be like that with the bloated battery, will it causes other problems too other than the ones it already have? (cracked screen and bloated battery)
