what is 1.2 in multiplier pipeline power equation ? @13:15

@5:15 why will each of the multiplier multiply their products at time delta/2? shouldn't it be 2*delta as each of the multiplier is working at half the frequency?

Bits are also equally divided in both multipliers alternatively so number of bits in each multiplier is halved.
