Terminal fees (including security fees) and tourism promotion are separate. (₩4,400 on departure from Busan Port) Osaka Port additional facilities use charges 700 yen are separate. (When departing from Osaka Port)

How does the customs and immigration go, is it before or after the cruise? Is the process depending what citizenship to that nation?
After disembarking, you will pass through customs and immigration. I don't remember if it was done according to nationality.
