Also, Brazil's blocks touched the ball multiple times and u never called it/admitted it, so it's karma in the end for you. The referee made more mistakes towards Italy than towards you, and even the mistake in the end would have been in your favor if Italy didnt use the challenge, so stop crying about it. Go back to booing and being silent.
It was an unpredictable match, I didn't expect so many ups and downs from both teams. Brazil read Giannelli very well in the first set, every pipe was blocked. De Giorgi finally made some subs, the two 20-year-olds (Luca) Porro and Bovolenta saved the day. They were put in a very difficult situation but they handled themselves very well, they played without fear and they tried their best. They definitely brought some energy and positive spirit to the team. It was so funny that the director/producer keep looking for Lucarelli and Fernando's girlfriends reactions in the crowd: we get it, they're Italians but they were both cheering for their partner's home country (what can they do? Love is love).

The silence from the crowd was real! (haha). Brazil mostly played with their veterans but Italy with their youngsters could sweep Brazil and the fans. I thought Italy would lose to Brazil because they played two matches in less than 24 hours. They mightve been tired but they were too strong for Brazil.

The young Brazilian players are still bad! That's why they only use their veterans more often like what USA usually do. But on the other hand, Italy has one of the shining young generations ever!!! They're all still under 30 (except for Anzani) but have been dominating the world rankings in the last few years!
Is there a generational fail with Brazil? Where are the young guns? Respect for the brazilian legends but there are a bit old now : Leal (35), Lucas (38), Lucarelli (32), Flavio (31), Bruno (37), Thales (35), Mauricio (35). Only Darlan (21) and Fernando (28) are under 30.
I really don't understand why brazilians keep complaining: the referee gave the point to YOU, to YOUR TEAM, not Italy! The point was just annulled, so Italy didn't gain anything from that. The real robbery would have been allowing Brazil to keep that point. This doesn't take away the fact that it was a good match and Brazil played amazingly (even though in my opinion both teams didn't play at their best)

just my two cents, this constant booing of these audiences to teams they don't root for is plain rude and discouraging... I get it, they're rooting for their bias team, but hey, if you think they're really great then let 'em show it in the match instead of doing disheartening act like that... these athletes trained and worked hard to give us great matches, if your rooting for your team just simply cheer for them but never discourage the opposing team... I love Team Brazil but why are they allowing their fans to do this... anyway, Forza Italia Squadra just proved 'em wrong, both teams played a great match. Michieletto... my heart!!
booing is just a part of sports culture everywhere. it’s not just in brazil, the audience were also booing in Antalya. its also not just during the VNL, teams get booed at constantly in the regular season of SuperLega in Italy. i understand that as a viewer it’s sometimes annoying to hear, but even the players and coaches in post-match interviews say that they don’t mind or even love this kind of energy from the crowd. i think teams enjoy the booing because in a way it is satisfying when they prove them wrong by playing well and for the team that the crowd is cheering for, it’s nice to know that you have that many people supporting you. also in a way isn’t it kind of a compliment when you get booed at? the louder it is the more you know how much the crowd thinks you’re a threat. i personally love the booing and thats just my opinion but i understand why some people would be bothered by it
I do agree, not only those continuous booings are unsportsmanlike, but they also make the show more difficult to follow for people who don' t support any teams in particular, but simply want to enjoy the volleyball match (I think a large majority of the volleyball crowd). Just my humble opinion...

Is there a generational fail with Brazil? Where are the young guns? Respect for the brazilian legends but there are a bit old now : Leal (35), Lucas (38), Lucarelli (32), Flavio (31), Bruno (37), Thales (35), Mauricio (35). Only Darlan (21) and Fernando (28) are under 30.
I really don't understand why brazilians keep complaining: the referee gave the point to YOU, to YOUR TEAM, not Italy!
The point was just annulled, so Italy didn't gain anything from that. The real robbery would have been allowing Brazil to keep that point.
This doesn't take away the fact that it was a good match and Brazil played amazingly (even though in my opinion both teams didn't play at their best)

just my two cents, this constant booing of these audiences to teams they don't root for is plain rude and discouraging... I get it, they're rooting for their bias team, but hey, if you think they're really great then let 'em show it in the match instead of doing disheartening act like that... these athletes trained and worked hard to give us great matches, if your rooting for your team just simply cheer for them but never discourage the opposing team... I love Team Brazil but why are they allowing their fans to do this... anyway, Forza Italia Squadra just proved 'em wrong, both teams played a great match. Michieletto... my heart!!
booing is just a part of sports culture everywhere. it’s not just in brazil, the audience were also booing in Antalya. its also not just during the VNL, teams get booed at constantly in the regular season of SuperLega in Italy. i understand that as a viewer it’s sometimes annoying to hear, but even the players and coaches in post-match interviews say that they don’t mind or even love this kind of energy from the crowd. i think teams enjoy the booing because in a way it is satisfying when they prove them wrong by playing well and for the team that the crowd is cheering for, it’s nice to know that you have that many people supporting you. also in a way isn’t it kind of a compliment when you get booed at? the louder it is the more you know how much the crowd thinks you’re a threat. i personally love the booing and thats just my opinion but i understand why some people would be bothered by it
I do agree, not only those continuous booings are unsportsmanlike, but they also make the show more difficult to follow for people who don' t support any teams in particular, but simply want to enjoy the volleyball match (I think a large majority of the volleyball crowd). Just my humble opinion...
