Most of which no beginner can do, nor should start with.
I can't do any of these but I am working towards it. I am also working towards earning more money so I can afford coaching. I'm 56 and I want to increase my strength, stamina, skill, mobility and flexibility. I think it's important to work on these things especially as you advance in age so you can function and enjoy life.
I wish I had spent as much time on this type of strength training as I have in the gym lifting weights.
The front lever row has been my fav to do over these past 2 years. Built monkey bars in my home gym basement, use them all the time, feels like I'm 10 years old, again 😊
Lee you are the man and have helped me so much through just your free stuff.
Thank you for the knowledge, and taking away the guess work. It's like a huge weight has been lifted of me
Loving this channel, thanks for sharing 🦾🦾🦾
After mastering all this you won’t even need conventional weights or gym equipment, want more muscle mass, strength etc then increase intensity with added body weight eg weight vest this style of training is freaking awesome! Keep up the fantastic content 🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍💪🔥👊💯
Great advice!I'm gonna try and start with these.
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾
Real body mastery !
Agree. Everyone should do at least 6 months bodyweight training and then run parallel ideally
Thank you so much. This is a perfect starting place for what my aim is. I have been trying to research progression from beginner to being able to move effectively. The strength and movement are my goals. Feeling free like a child in movement seems like pure joy. So much more satisfying than "thin and pretty" which has grown to leave a sore taste in my month. Would it be possible if you could please provide the name of each progression to each 16 goals. Without those the journey is still too unmapped. Thank you for the info.
Hey there! Each one of those skills is pretty advanced and takes lots of careful practice. You'll need to research about each separately to find the right progression for your level. Watch the tutorials from channels like "FitnessFAQs" or "Summerfunfitness". They will help you a lot!
Front lever cured my herniated discs i had and l sit qnd v sit those two moves where the onew that helped me hut weights wnd macshines helped me unlock pull ups and muscle ups.
Aweome video like always
Was the herniation at L4L5
Wow these are advanced
Do you have a video riding this trail yet?
Question Mr Weiland. Do you discount weights altogether or is there a place for them?
I think the best arm exercise is guitar, drums really but picking has made my wrist and bicep extremely fast, I use weights occasionally to offset the size of my biceps but short of playing guitar lefty I don't think I can ever get the speed in both arms. I can do a little kung fu , TKD and skateboarded for a longtime, so I'm in this same boat, never had time or need for weights but I am rather lanky. If you needed to go up a weight class maybe and already had strength might be the answer though.
Maybe the front lever row is a good standard, but I think the lat pulldown allows for more scalable and selectable progression up to the limit of the weight stack. I wouldn’t omit the lat pulldown if it is available.
These are the moves to master calisthenics. I definitely recommend them. But to never train in the gym until you've mastered these is just bad advice.
👍🙏😊
🙏🕊️❤️😇
Do you ever train with people who have pelvic tilts?
That's an easy fix, they can surely help with that.
@@JacksonScully its a pain in the butt (sometimes literally) when it comes to excercise. I feel like im just making it worse. Have u dealt with this scully?
@@MaxJansen-kw6qs yeah big time, I did some isolation with hip thrusts with weight for a while and once I had enough activation I started doing exercises that would emphasise the glutes, squatuniversity has some great tips.
@@JacksonScully that is just what i needed to hear. Thanks brother, ill look into this!
@@MaxJansen-kw6qs awesome man.. another tip, sitting will deactive your glutes. Best of luck!

Turkish subtitle please, thank you 🌿
I’m 50 now and I should have been doing these exercises instead of weight training all these years. But I’m afraid it’s too late now. There’s no way I could ever even so much as attempt to do any of these exercises.
Never too old to start ❤, I started this at 65
If I can do those moves, I'm never touching a weight again lol😂. Tbh, I'd want more leg stuff
Horse stance almost all ya need fr
@@Swerving_Inna_Yoda I practice horse stance squat for hip mobility. Currently doing lunges variations, sissy squat, jump and bike sprints. Athletic movement ability is priority for me.
