Yes I have a painted named tiny Tim and it would kill me if I knocked to him in the morning and he didn’t swim right out to be fed. I’ve had him since he first born.

I'm sorry for your loss. RIP Nemo. I've felt your pain. My first Eastern Painted turtle died at 6 years old from a respiratory infection. He actually died in my hand. It broke my heart. I now have a new ETP and have given my reptiles regular vet check ups ever since.
So sorry for your loss! I have 3 baby painted turtles that I hatched out myself and after a few months one of them died unexpectedly, it's always hard when you lose one of your beloved pets.
Girl I’m so so sorry. I know it’s hard. I miss my African side neck and I only had him for a little over a year. You gave Nemo a great life and we’ll all miss him❤️
