He's written a lot of great and underrated balkan entries! He deserves a top 5 placement and a return to Eurovision!

*FUN FACT: Darko Dimitrov organized the very first TV show (similar to Idol) for singers M2 in Macedonia. Many singers like: Elena Risteska (Macedonia 2006. She was the winner of the 1st season), Aleksandra Pileva (took part in Macedonian selection for Eurovision 2005, she was runner up with her song "Sonce i Mesecina". Aleksandra was backing vocal for Elena in 2006), Lambe Alabakovski and many others rose to fame thanks to this show. I have nice memories thanks to Darko and his music. He is a legend!*

Might be the best one yet. Almost all of his songs are enjoyable and there be some masterpieces in here.
So unfortunate that Elhaida was sick during Eurovision 2015, so she couldnt sing as good as she does. She's amazing, if she wasnt sick Albania would definitely get a top 10 result that year.
Lost and Found was one of my fav songs in 2018, but the staging was so bad that they couldnt qualify that year, especially considering how many outstanding songs were in that semi final.
Kruna is one of my fav songs of ESC 2019, it should get a top 10 result at least.
The entry at JESC 2018 ("Doma") was really good also
She WAS top 10. But the cold affected her jury final performance the most.
He hasn't written many songs, but several of them are really good. In fact, they've all underperformed, because they deserved to place much higher. ''"I'm Alive'', for instance, is great and a hard track to sing.
This is what qulity over quantity looks like, especially the latter halve
Darko has quality and quantity these are just the songs that made to Eurovision but these are just few he is a master of music.

Really good songs
The first song by Karolina Gočeva sounds really nice, a thousand times better than the disastrous (though iconic) entry N. Macedonia chose that year, and it's also better than Karolina's later Eurovision entry in 2002
