Welcome to the church of whisper :). First built her for Dark Fae , but also run her in my brutal hydra team as one of my top damage dealers.
thank you & welcome :) to Whisper's chruch i have them both, but a little confused why do you run Oboro on 128 speed ? do you relly on Mikage Ally attack ? how can u use her on more areas like that . thanks again.
yes, I only use her on hydra normal. I sacrificed the speed for attack and crit damage
i dont have oboro but i have wisper...and i can assure u she can fck waves if its pair with lydia..she can do 1 hit almost all champs that have shield..bcause a2 ignore 100% shield..she helped me to pass the faction 3 valcyries stages sooooo easy...
Welcome to the Church of Whisper! If you end up fully building her, I'd recommend that you don't "need" to put her C. Rate up to 100%. She carries an Increase C. Rate buff on her A2. If you end up being worried that it might fall off, you can always run a buff extender to help. By lowering her C. Rate, you can boost her Attack and C. Damage up much higher!
great advice! this was the build I just came up with to test her, but definitely can be enhanced as you say.
Oboro speed 128? (@2:09) No wonder Oboro does less damage.

Akemtum still outdamages Whisper, because hex is that strong, and has higher base stats making him easier to build. You dont have to build your entire team around Akemtum like you do with whisper, its the other way around. Akemtum outdamages whisper in hydra, dragon 10 hard, and is usable in spider hard 10 while whisper is not.
hex makes him get some of other team members damage. different case, not a fair comparison. that's why I compared her to Oboro
@@wizarddavegaming Akemtum is an attack champion, same as Whisper. Their job is to do damage. Akemtum does more damage. Hex does not take away damage from others, it make them do additional damage, which is correctly credited to Akemtum because the damage would not happen otherwise. It is the same as crediting poison damage to the poisoner. You can do test runs of the same team in something like dragon 10 for yourself, same four other champs who could do the run themselves so things don't fail, and compare Akemtums damage and speed of the run vs Whisper. I did, Akemtum did more damage 10 out of 10 times, and the run was faster every time. Akemtum has fewer required stats, since he doesn't need attack, crit %, or crit damage, just sufficient accuracy, making him easier to build, and does the job without needing a high star blessing or being + from empowerment.

warmaster (or giant slayer) does a % of bosses HP. the value is more than helmsmasher or flawless execution for PVE bosses
