dude leg cramps are no joke they are so fing painful the worst i used to get them alot when i was a little kid jumping on the trampoline all day definitely horrible situation
18:45 Yes - my pain often seeps in and influences my dreams! However, my environment often influences my dreams too. I've had some crazy ones falling asleep to this channel. I'll wake up and restart the episode, and then my dreams suddenly sense - the alien offering me pancakes was just you guys guiding my dream! 🤭 I have a ton of back pain and it's not unusual for me to dream that I'm being stabbed, punched, and often hit and pinned by a car. It's almost always focused on the tailbone area in the location of a partially removed tumor on my sciatic nerve. Every couple of weeks, when my monthly Trigger Point Injections wear off, I get woken up multiple times per night from the pain, but I'll also incorporate other crap, like when I sleep weirdly and my arm falls asleep. I occasionally wake myself up via my own attempted screams as I'm being murdered in my dreams, but more often, the pain gets so intense in the dream that it wakes me up. I always have a split second of relief that it's not real, followed by "Oh F! That's why I had that dream" and then I take a pill, and maybe get fresh ice if I can muster up the energy and the pain doesn't prevent the trip downstairs… it always takes way too long for that dang pill to kick in and laying still is impossible before then while moving too much is also impossible - it's a strange and annoying combo! I am a weird one, though, my body often takes crap like this to the extreme, so I don't know how common my situation is, but I think a little bit of your environment and body influencing your dreams is normal. So, I think you're totally on to something! Plus, if I remember correctly, this lady was a bit bug-nut bonkers. 🤷🏻♀️🤭 Sorry for the novel - great show as usual! ✌️😊👍
BTW - Kit is right, you probably need stretching and magnesium. Lots of water and salmon is supposed to have magnesium and anti-inflammatories that help. You already know about the bananers - good luck! ✌️😉👍
rory saying "thank you for having me" as if this isn't his podcast

I still think about "If the towel dries me... who dries the towel?" on a weekly basis... the truth is out there
The Ambient Air
Alien abduction stories freak me out so much. 😂 Keep at it. I’ll still watch/listen.

Charley horse. Those are so bad.
That’s why I keep a bottle of Gatorade on my bedside table. Helps.
