You are right, guard attacks are not ripped from Fresh :D Also more to come for: Axe, Trident and Mace. Nothing groundbreaking, but slight difference for each :) I also need to check the other mods, It seems to me this prankster should do some evoker style arm mouvements :p But thanks for the showcase :)
Mo' Bends did combat animations prior to Animation Overhaul, although IIRC it isn't maintained anymore (I haven't checked recently), so is stuck in older versions.

At this point I might as well as recommend Vintage Story for the animations alone.
There is one mod called Fnaf management wanted, the animations of the animatronics are fantastic, and it has custom doors with custom animations!
