She is s right though, a lot of people are unemployable nowadays even here ìn Botswana, i understand what she is saying, some are lazy and some have attitudes and some sont wanna learn and many are drunkers or disrespectful..and some have thieving tendencies .. lack of skills is just part of it but not the whole thing, companies hire and fire very very frequently because people are so unemployable and even when the companies try their best to keep them and train them
People hate the truth my buddy. And they think being offended is an argument.

She earned a B Com in Marketing from UJ and previously worked for SAB. She is correct, but it may have been worded differently. Naye, she learned business while working with people like Sandi Mazibuko weFabrosanz.
I beg to differ ... go to UK or USA ,its an employer s duty to provide skills to their employees ... but when it comes to SA ,ANC beneficiaries like zinhle expect a graduate to magically obtain skills from where ?????

Perhaps the lack of talent lies in the recruiting company's ability to find skilled people in the correct places. I'm just saying, why haven't other corporations addressed this? It is acceptable to express your experiences without making generalised statements.
Is she wrong though, ask anybody that works with young people. They have no sense of urgency and most of them have this i dont care attitude. Leave the fact that most people dont like her but she is stating facts.
You have to remember that you aren't supposed to tell the the truth. You must cuddle everyone's feelings like a politician.

I asked my niece if it’s possible for her to try nd work for a company for free while in school so they can hire her when she graduates nd she told me it’s near impossible to even get volunteering jobs 😢
Either that's what terrible with this country. It's so bad that one can't even get to volunteer. What's sad is that after your niece graduates she'll be asked for experience.

Schools and universities aren’t practical institutions depending on the course you take. What she said was very ignorant and harmful. And as an employer, it’s her responsibility for her employees to be trained. Some people should stop speaking from a place of privilege
