How to make Automatic Egg Turner for incubator - Egg turner - automatic egg turner - egg roller

I am making a egg turner for incubator , Birds need to rotate the egg to distribute the heat evenly and prevent the egg membrane from sticking to the shell which in artificial method by incubating the eggs need to rotate the egg by hand but this method often not suitable because of cracking of eggs sudden move could break the shell or spread bacteria through unhygienic handling and rotating eggs in incubation time,for this problem there is a method of turning the eggs by egg turner which reduced the workload and minimize the bacteria spreading.There are lot of egg turner in shapes in sizes but today I am making a roller egg turner which rotate the eggs evenly and takes small space,These egg turner are great tool in incubator system and easy to make.
Making incubator is also easy if you have basic knowledge of diy works it will also work as any industrial incubator because most eggs needs 100 fahrenheit temperature and humidity for about 60 percentage of incubation time which can be maintain by heater and humidifier and for maintaining it we use w1209 thermostat which is the most common thermostat for use in diy incubator and for egg turner diy we use digital timer for it to rotate for 1 minute after every 2 hours , so if you like to make homemade incubator you can see it in my channel as well there are lot of incubator making tutorials which you can follow and make your own incubator easily.

I had this kind of a egg turner and found that the eggs are traveling in the direction of their pointy ends. If you place all the eggs oriented in the same direction it actually creating so much pressure, as each of them try to travel in the same direction that they may drop off the turner. To solve this problem I place the eggs back and forth to facing each other either with their pointy or the round end. Also if some small rubber O rings are placed on the rollers will prevent most of the length wise travel. Otherwise it is a good turner as the eggs are more in their natural position and turning completely around instead of just rocking them a few degrees left and right.
