Why not print the part out of PLA first to check the measurements, and afterwards print it at the shop where they actually do the post-processing? This seems like a huge waste of resources by shipping stuff twice, and waiting longer for your parts to arrive...

Just prototype the part in pla and then send the file to a real laser sintering for a perfect model. Printing on metal plastic filament and then fuse them later doesnt make sense

Shipping a green part that could be damaged on the way to be sintered for a client seems like a big risk to me.

Hmm, just tried to purchase the metal expansion kit, but was repeatedly told by the Ultimaker rep that it was not yet ready for the S7, only for the S5. Could not get it put into our quote for a unit.

Whole ship it to be sintered is stupid... Just print in part to see if part design is good than get a service burea to print it for you in metal.

Buying the 5s was a mistake.
    Never works.
    never get good bed adhesion.
    Always get clogged nozzles.
    Firmware regularly untested and faulty.
Poor / non existent customer service.
Will be selling it as faulty despite mot being used.
    Really unimpressed.

I'll be honest this entire process is such a daft idea, not only is it incredibly time consuming, it also entirely mitigates all the value in 3D printing a part for rapid prototyping, you could have this done in a couple hours on an EDM machine and a CNC while wasting far less time, money and materials.
