Giving dawah to drunk people ? No offense but that's no diffrent than going to a club and giving dawah... useless in my opinion.
Party and alcohol is normal for turks, they are a secular country who legalized prostitution, alcohol and clubs , they support and worship Mustafa Kamal who turned masjids into animal barns and bars.

Brother you have done such an amazing work in Germany. You recite quran for those who have drunk and they are not in control . They are out of control. Not standing properly they are in their world of music, alcohol etc . But I really appreciate that guy (blue jacket 🧥) guy . He was drunked out of his mind but to he listened quran .
