Happy to see that well-deserved 1-million subs mark achieved. Considering the number of us over-50's (or well over-50's...) still needing to be mobile and productive, I hope to see another million added before long. Your work (and Brad and Bob's, too) is a great gift to an aging public.

Thanks, Will. It's so nice to hear you mention the "Bob and Brad Team" I've been a long time fan of their RUclips Channel, before I recently discovered your book and this Channel. I love hearing good mentions between my favorite advisors!

Thank you Will. These are amazing exercises for tendinitis. I love how you give just a few exercises at a time as it helps remember them each day. Much appreciated ❤

I had tennis elbow, discovered while doing Pullups, feeling shooting pain in left elbow. I was a brazen forty- fifty something, so I'd shake it off then continue doing pullups (mind you on a machine with assist, so I wasn't really lifting my own body weight), and soon developed numb tingling in the middle, ring and pinky fingers of the left hand. After therapy I used a brace which clamps down your forearm muscles below elbow, top of arm. Nonetheless I had never learned this wonderful exercise to strengthen those forearm muscles eccentrically. Thank-you!!

Just wondering why you allow ads on your channel? We shape , bob and Brad never have ads. They are very annoying. Thanks now that you have over 1m subscribers.

Thanks, very helpful. On one foot I’ve got a tendinitis of the flexor hallucis longus tendon and on the other foot I’ve got tendinitis of the extensor tendon leading to the 4th toe. Is heat better than ice?

Hiya I'm sorry to admit that ive just found your channel, wish i could turn the clock back...anyway im here now & i realise just how busy your channel must be judging by the amount of subscribers...congratulations on such a great channel & for the future...I'm a 52 year old female & ive just watched your how to possibly fix knock knees with exercises...i have had knock knees since i can remember & lookig back at old pictures...i used to be extremely overweight growing up but for the past 3 decades have maintained my weight at 120 lbs...what I'd love to ask is can my lifelong problem of knock knees be fixed & can they be heredity?...so sorry to jump in & ask this question on your latest video as i don't have Instagram & really don't know how to reach out to you otherwise...again i apologise for commenting on a video of yours that is irrelevant to my questions...i hope you see my comment & can give me some advice but i appreciate just how busy you must be...have a great day.
