      @Jesus Shuttlesworth no he's not lol. Ray had more athleticism. Reggie was def a better player. You feared Reggie. You never feared Ray Allen. No one ever said they were scared of Ray Allen. Knicks were mortified of Reggie. Bulls in game 7 said they didn't think the better team won that series. Meaning Pacers. Ray had 1 or 2 other stars on his team, for most of his career. Reggie led Jalen Rose and an old as dick Rik Smits to the finals. Reggie knocked Ray out the playoffs. Reggie better bro lol

    Instead of the old nba teams with legends, 2k should do a retro teams roster with these sonics, maybe the magic when they had t Mac, the raptors with Vince and McGrady, the 01-02 kings, and other teams that we loved to see play and wish we could play but with better software. Idk it's just a idea but I think people would like to play as the retro teams but on a more updated 2k.

    • @Ryandupont0896
      @Ryandupont0896 9 лет назад

    • @IvoryNerva

      Don Chills I totally agree, I see no reason why they shouldn't make some more historic teams for us to play as - which would also add more awesome cards to MyTeam mode! I think they did the 01-02 Kings for a few past games but without C-Webb they weren't too enjoyable. C'mon 2K, get C-Webb, Barkley, and Kareem in there! Go talk to them or something! My most desired historic teams: 04-05 Sonics, 01-02 Kings (my #1 choice if they have C-Webb), 99-00 Pacers, 92-93 Suns (with Barkley!), 04-05, 05-06 06-07, 07-08 Suns, 07-08 Celtics, 05-06 01-02 02-03 10-11 Mavs, 13-14 Spurs, and 82-83 76ers. Also: make Jerry West, Bill Russell, and Larry Bird not look so stupid! Jerry West is a squat square, Larry Bird looks nothing like Larry at all, and same for Bill Russell.

    I don't think you could compare Curry to Allen ever....unless you sat them both at the 3 point line and said whoever made more was the better shooter.
    They play different positions, in their prime will be from two very different eras, and played in different offenses.
    If you compare bodies of work, Allen did things in his time that no one else could replicate, and for Curry, the same can also be said.

    Ray Allen is the best shooter of all time with this style of shooting. However Curry is overall a better shooter and player. Curry's shot is one fluid motion with no hitch which gives him the advantage. Despite Curry having below average athleticism he's managed to become the NBA's best player currently. The thing that impressed me the most was how Ray was able to elevate his game come playoff time. It's like he was just holding back the entire season and then started trying once it mattered.

    Beautiful. His style of play really makes me think about how every talented player of the post Jordan era that was in that transition from Jordan - to the coming of LeJesus tried to emulate and copy MJ's style, that is so obvious. Kobe the most famous, T-Mac also and even Ray Allen who we mostly know as a spot up 3pt shooter, but in his early days he was much more and I love it. Certainly one of the most entertaining and cold blooded players of 2000s, the great RAYRAY!

But now OKC's my fav team, and it was the days watching Ray vs Iverson that drew me into basketball. Thank you Ray AllenxJesus Shuttlesworth.

      No Doubt one of the best shooters ever. Everybody talks about Rays shot, not taking anything away from him but i always believed Reggie Miller was the best to ever do it. thats just me..
      But nowadays i believe Reggie is 2nd to Steph Curry. Sorry Reggie :)

    • @joaoisc15
      @joaoisc15 9 лет назад

      Stephen Browning his best shooting year was 43%, that is the worst from Curry(his rookie year) and one of the worst from Allen too. He was a great shooter and he was in a era where shooting threes wasn't normal, but no, he's not even close from Curry and Allen. His best year he shoot 98 threes and avrg 3.8 3 shoots a game that not even close from Allen and Curry.

      Pound-For-Pound AI was the best of that draft class in my opinion, Kobe’s career was springboarded because the lakers were already stacked when they drafted him, Allen and Iverson had to carry franchises.

    No... how about you play some defense or double team the guy. Knocking a guy down because he's on fire is a BS mentality.

      ***** Allen has never been better than Curry is right now you're an idiot if you believe that. And Ray wasn't a lockdown defender or anything anyway, andif you think Curry's a bad defender watch basketball. Or at least have the decency to check the numbers, players he defends one on one shoot pretty bad percentages. This isn't 2013 anymore stop the "Steph's a bad defender" narrative that's been factually proven wrong.

You gotta respect Jesus Shuttlesworth he is one of the best to ever play the game and all you guys care about is a guy who has had two 2 very good seasons so far and please don't get me wrong Stephen is a great player and he will only get better but saying that he is already a better player is just straight up disrespectful.

      Doge Doge can't agree you more...... lots of people only recognise allen as a spot up shooter because of his years with Celtics and Heat. When he was at his prime, he could basically handles the ball and do pull-ups, drive to the basket, dunk, etc. I mean he even attempted a dunk contest...

    • @datkidkrazyfly
      @datkidkrazyfly 9 лет назад

      Dom FPFAEA
      Curry fans be like Curry can do everything Allen can do forgetting that Curry is in his prime right now. Ray Allen in his prime was more Vince Carter, Kobe Bryant in terms of athleticism dunking left and right like those guys it wasn't till he injured his ankles that he started being more of a jump shooter.
      The Milwaukee Ray Allen on any other team could have been a bonafide superstar but he was stuck with 2 ball hogs.
