@@thaimcgrathmusic Wonder if you have plans for Punishing Gray Raven, a very similar game in thematic and aesthetic but character action-centered like Nier Automata or Metal Gear Rising. In fact, it had a collab with Nier (and much better written than NIKKE x Chainsaw Man)
First the initial praise: I LOVED THIS! It just felt good to listen to it and the lyrics paired so well with the rest of the song and the animations as well it gave me literal chills.
Now my breakdown: The melody and lyrics presented a world destroyed and ravaged by war against an enemy that didn't consider themselves human, however, from the perspective of the 'main character' (I.E You McGrath as the singer) that entity was considered human by them and they we're struggling to fight them presumably because they we're someone they knew and knew very well so they tried to convince them to join them.
This is just a quick breakdown of what I initially got out of the song and there is 100% more to it, just the ammount of depth in not only the quality but storytelling through this song makes this your best work yet. Thanks again for another master peice but this time in both the music and presentation of a world and it's conflict.
