P. Diddy Fires Back at Jane Doe Lawsuit: 'Decades-Old Tale'

- Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a "Jane Doe" from Canada who claimed Combs and two other men gang-raped her in 2003. The woman said she was 17 at the time and was flown from Detroit to New York City on a private jet for sex. Combs claims the woman's suit should be dismissed for at least three legal reasons as he denies the allegations. This will not be a popular opinion. My feeling about this is so what? These ladies knew exactly what they were doing, what they were there for, and what was expected. They had every opportunity to say no, to leave, to ask for help, but they stayed. They liked the perks that come along with screwing a celebrity.

The way Cassie tells her story, she didn’t have any chance to leave, to ask for help or say no because she would be beaten, followed, threatened, her family threatened….when someone poses that much control and force over your life it’s reasonable to think there’s no way out.
