@@sharma6915 Imaging Center has EMPLOYED the radiologist (meaning radiologist sir will be receiving SALARY from that imaging center), so obviously 26 modifier is NOT needed. We are billing here for that imaging center who in turn pays some salary to radiologist sir.

can we count 1 unit for less than 15 minutes? For 206 minutes, wouldn't it be 13 units only? pls confirm.
