I looooove this song. It's pretty funny, sexy, cheerful, with good vibe. The instrumental is so great! And T.I.'s rapping gives it a extra good sound. Moreover, Cher's vocals are so charming and nice!

this takes me back to when i was in 6th grade and i’d hear this song on the radio whenever my dad would drive us somewhere, especially if it was dark outside.

A lot of singers make their songs not because they feel that way, sometimes they sing songs to make their fans feel identified, a lot of girls may feel identified with this song because the boy they like just want girls with money, a big butt, and a rack.
I think she sing this song not because she feels this way, she sings it because a lot of girls all around the world feel this way, she is amazing!
