Do you people fucking understand how much strain he has put on his vocal cords throughout the years? "Always" is NOT an easy song to sing. It's takes A LOT of physicality and a lot of air. To all of the people discussing his current vocals, sit the fuck down and let's see how YOU perform.

Did you know that he recently had surgery? He is now wearing some kind of thing that is supposed to help a regressed vocal cord to form again. Imagine if he could sing like he did back then, that would be incredible! but even if not, he's still a better singer than many other famous singers who have always been at a moderate level vocally! My main wish for Jon is that his voice gets better again, because this is his life!

This is a fantastic performance but he actually does use a track to assist him on some high notes. Look at any performance of Livin on a prayer post 2017. He doesn't actually sing the high "Livin on a prayer" right before the solo. In some performances you can clearly see his mouth moving away from the mic and the note isn't done yet

Ya even with half step down,it is still really difficult song to sing.Jon recorded most of his songs in higher range when he was in his prime so ofcourse at this age,its hard to pull them off.also his past vocals solely depended on his vocal strength rather than techniques so john has no chance of producing it at this age even if he takes top vocal classes.John has nothing to prove anymore,his legacy will remain forever but to be honest,he should quit doing live shows.I understand he is a workaholic n he doesn't do it for money but at this point he is just wasting his fan's hard earned money and being a laughing stock.His fans should also stop encouraging him by buying his tickets,they are just disappointing themselves and putting strain on Jon's health.

Apparently Bon Jovi rarely ever performed this song live because it was so difficult on Jon’s voice. Killer effort on his part with this. He stayed in tune and nailed some really difficult notes. He still sounds amazing! A true professional!

Legend! How old are you guys when you started listening to Jon's music? Still cant believe this song was released when i was just 2 years old and then i grew up listening to his music, thru my uncles cassette tape. His songs put so much influence in me growing up and as I formed my own band. Imagine the age gap and how many years and generation has reached and touched this song. Mas a verdade tem de ser dita e Bon Jovi é a melhor banda do mundo, seja onde for e como for. Tenho acompanhado tudo e o jon tem melhorado muito a sua performance desde que em 2014 ficou completamente sem voz! Eu era uma das duas bandeiras do golden circle ahah

This was never one of my favorite bon jovi songs but god damn is it a hard one to sing. One that really sells you on the man's talent as soon as you hear it. Nothing but respect for this man and the wonderful music his band has created
