To anyone who might consider buying this game, it is very fun and addicting. Think of it as tower defense with survival/crafting elements. Highly recommended

A few tips if I may. Research lightning rods first. The lightning hits just about the time it's finished. Build enough of them to cover your camp so you don't end up with someone with nerve damage and slow movement. It's best to not get into combat in your fields, especially with pulse rifles. You will end up doing more damage to them than the pests would.
Subnautica soundtrack is just the best

How does it run on ps5 as I herd rumours that is is only 30fps and runs very badly???
@@spacesabre7826 at first is pretty weird with control however when you get the hang of it its really simple. the fps is 60 however if you do alot of tasks and have a big build it could drop some fps. game is amazing, and it does not punish you as badly as most survival strategy games.
totally recommend it. however if you are a big survival strategy player i would recommend to get it on pc, i only got it on ps5 due to trophy hunting.

@@spacesabre7826 it run very smooth. Well it is for me. Some might have issues. Even though I have a massive build and nearly 50 animals either 7 survivors so yeah. Finding no issues.

Went a little fast for a " begginers guide " wouldnt you say ? Hectic movment and lightning fasy mouse, didnt explain anything just flashed around the screen and spoke WAY to fast

Im guessing your video is made on PC and if not can you please tell me how I can actually view anything up close on PS5. Im using tutorial but completely UNABLE to get a closeup view inside buildings or even glowy things between obnoxious trees that block everything. ANYONE point me to Ps5 help Id be more than grateful. pls n thanks
I was stuck too, the camera tutorial went by so fast and I couldnt take a screen shot. Hold the right trigger to tilt the camera, the right stick up and down zooms in and out. The camera tutorial shoulda been longer.

@@NickMcGinn it might be better on PC. I've never played this before, but if using The Sims as an example that's alot better on PC. And I think it's because of the camera controls.

Was there a reason why you made your commentary so fast? did you have a 10 minute time limit? ... for a "beginner's guide" its really hard to follow !
but do you need the dlc to unlock the mech? because I searched the whole tech tree but it didn't appear as a search (now in the game im am at the 7° year)

And it uses Denuvo, AND just like when Rimworld released the pathing AI is mentally disabled. So if you don't mind the game installing malware on your pc and you don't mind your pawns doing something completely stupid, or walking halfway across the map to eat something when they've got food 2 steps away then this will be a great game.
The terrible AI I can deal with, but I won't touch this game with someone elses 10ft pole till that malware is removed.

Whoa, those graphics are... not memorable at all. Just 'realistic' as possible with a alien world. Wish it had a nice style. Well it has mod tools, hopefully someone makes a texture pack.
