One of the top factors to consider in real estate investment is location which also comes down to accessibility of the area.
Today I find myself in one promising area of Nakuru between Mangu and Kiamunyi. The locals call it Mastoo, others Aberdare, but the area is green, fairly flat, and matatus now commute this area owing to the improvement of the major access from marram to bitumen standards.
