Girl please can you do an episode on loneliness, the feeling of not fitting in, not having any close friends and the fear of never finding your place? It has been something that has been really bugging me for so long and I honestly don’t know how to deal with it and how to feel better and what to do? I just feel so lost sometimes.
I know exactly how you feel the best way is to take care of yourself, and do things you enjoy just know this is normal, I felt this way for years, do activities and be around your family
I feel this way too. I'm 21 and I left my city at 19, left my family behind, and things have been so lonely for me. I have tried to reconnect with old friends, but we're no longer the same people with similar interests. Meeting new people as an adult is so difficult and rarely feels genuine, when people these days care about your social media more than your character.
This is genuinely the most informative hygiene video I’ve seen, I love that you included to regularly go to your appointments. Sometimes even with a great hygiene routine if you’re not feeling right it’s mostly likely something your doctor will be able to help you with
Could you do an advice video on how to forgive yourself for past mistakes, mental alchemy, turning pain into lessons, transmuting emotions, removing yourself from the past versions of you who did things in the past that you aren’t proud of, etc.? I feel like you would have a lot of helpful things to say about these topics and I would love to listen. Thank you Leah.
As someone studying dental hygiene. Fluorides is your friend! Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay (cavities) so if your someone who likes sweets make sure you’re using a fluoride tooth paste. There’s plenty of studies on fluoride that supports the claim that it is beneficial. Oil pulling has no research behind it that backs up if it’s good for your teeth or not this is from the ADA (American dental association). Oil pulling actually may be harmful so just be cautious on that as well.
Great comment! Respectful and informative. I fully agree but I would also add that, just because something isn’t recommended by a certain organization, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be used. Regulations change over time and it takes time for them to be updated as well (because of the fact that extensive research needs to be done before recommending something new). It should definitely be used cautiously. ^^^ this is not really for YOU specifically. But I’ve seen people just completely dismiss things (you’re science oriented so I’m sure you remember/know how people felt about yoga early on) just because there aren’t any/many papers on it or because it doesn’t originate from a certain place. Science does not (and I believe, can not) know everything. Especially not with the quickness that these trends have.
Esthetician in training here! Everything she said was spot on💕! I will be posting skin care tips videos soon as well as my personalized skin routine :) !!
I always double-cleanse my body with Dove Antibacterial Body Wash first and a scented gel with Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash. I use a Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth or African Net.
For the private areas you can use Baby Washcloth to wash and Baby Dove Sensitive Skin Fragrance Free Body Wash or Dove Sensitive Skin Hypoallergenic Body Wash.
For the private parts, I use the Remington Smooth & Silky Body & Bikini Kit, a Cordless bikini trimmer, and Nair Bikini Cream with Green Tea Sensitive Formula for the inner thigh.
For me it was eating a bunch of mandarins, switching to satin pillow cases : wash sheets/ covers too, and if I wasn’t using my soap from Terra-Tory then I would use diluted acid vinegar from the mother on my face
before watching: omg it's literally 10PM in my country and i have stayed up just to clock in cause i know this is gonna be tewww good👌🏾🥹. congraaaaats on 50K subbies 🎉, your growth is inspirational 💛.
