I remember the first time I heard this back in middle school. It was the first band where the screamed vocals scared me since i was still new to the genre at the time. Now ive been doing vocals for over 10+ years. What memories!
Well, wouldn't you like to know that she is back to the band? They just released a new single. But currently the only 2 official members are her and Sebatian. The new single called "Blackest Black" to me sounds more like their Bizarro World era rather than this song but I am really excited to have them back.
I listen to all their old videos and when they make the transition from dirty vocals to hers i literally get goosebumps. i know she signed off on their new singer but in my eyes Sabine is irreplacable.

The riff at 1:04 reminds me of Gray Sublime Archon by Eluveitie (specially around the 55 second mark of that song) .. actually the whole song kinda reminds me of it a bit.
Why's this HD video so hard to find on RUclips? I can only find the non-HD video, even if I type exactly the same title this video has into the search bar.

That was a really damn good music video. He was less convincing than she was at times, but still. It looked very cool without relying on things typically “cool” by metal standards
As much as I absolutely love this song, I'm rather disappointed by the video clip. I don't know what I was expecting but with the way they sing it versus how it's represented in the clip just seems... underwhelming. I expected more emotion, or at least more involved lip-syncing. They just didn't really seem to want to be there or something, Idk. I wonder if they're more interesting in other songs, or at least more energetic live? Regardless, I still love this song and many others they've done! :)
Song is great, video is not so good? like the part the dude is growling as if he growled with no effort is kinda weird to watch. Remember this was one of my fav songs.
It took me a little while for his vocals to grow on me. I still don't LOVE his growls, but they don't ruin it for me. The music is so epic I can get past the meh growls.
