Idk I like artists like BBNG, JD Beck, lots of old jazz, MF DOOM. I don't necessarily try to emulate other guitarists but I feel like I've been doing a Charlie Hunter type of thing lately. I don't listen to much of him though.
Learning this, ive been trying to figure out how to make one guitar trying to sound like three and it's by tryna have a bass part, a repetitive rythm part and a hetereogeneic lead part and i feel like this comes close
Exactly, I try to produce as much musical entertainment as possible at one time. I just slow everything down, visualize each instrument, and take it one piece at a time, slowly increasing speed until I can play it up to tempo. I appreciate ya'll

You must learn to play lead using your fingers in chord position, then you will play all at once
