Very interesting! I had the feeling off plan is more expensive than ready, which makes no sense.
Apparently it is. I suspect the reason for that is people really willing to pay a premium for that payment plan.
It makes it painfully obvious as an end user to only buy ready projects, you'll get a much better value for money.
