What is the reason there are no guests there, Why is it all in English ? thanks Erick
While Dubai is in the Middle East, it's a major world transport hub. If a person that speaks Gujarati and a person that speaks Chinese want to do business with each other, English is the common ground. As clients are likely "well heeled", their kids would be fluent in English as well. As for no guests, I'm guessing that it's a weekday.
It's because its Summer. Its low season because it's too hot. High season is October to March
