Anyway congrats on making us look like the amateurs that we are! Also the penguins are great but sadly none of them are aero lol. You need a Terun ELITE penguin in the mix.

Just here to add an asterisk for you and Blaine going over the double yellow. Dennis was right to ride the virtual gutter to make you both go on the right side into the wind. You chose the out-of-bounds oncoming lane on an open course about 3 seconds before a car came your way. Imagine if there were 15 guys sprinting and following your lead. I know, i know: No rules at Alviso, Safety 4th, etc. Nice reading of the race though. Congrats on the W.
I sit here, rewatching this, and basically the first two things you say directly apply to my first crit race (my latest commentary video from Ride Sally Ride: ruclips.net/video/aUs1a3Nq484/видео.html). I attacked early to keep the race fast, but it was an expenditure of energy that I didn't need to make... And I also attacked through the field, but probably from too far back and I passed maybe 12-15 riders in the process. Needless to say, it was early in the race and everyone was motivated to chase it back haha. Anyway, love your videos 👍❤️
