Perfect run down on the board. I have one & can't get off it. Best 'short board' I've had under my feet. Paddles great, steep take off - no problems, rails bite nicely into the wave face, stepping on the tail - it turns really nicely without sliding out & over all feels solid under foot. Has been great in very average conditions, but also seems to handle waves with more punch as well. Love it! I've had a Subdriver & Puddle Jumper Pro. I reckon it sits in between the two, with characteristics of both, but much better than the sum of its parts. If you want to stoke the froth, I highly recommend it! That's coming from a 60+ year old, very average surfer.
@@soulsurfer3102 The V3 Rocket was meant for more powerful surf but could be used in smaller surf if you had to. Whereas The Ripper is more for small waves with the squash tail but you could step it up a bit if the conditions required it. **Editing to add that we will be getting our team on this board for a more comprehensive review, stay tuned
