Are you asking 2 different questions or the same? 1. GROUP LINK If you created a group automatically telegram create a default link for you and you can copy and share the link with friends, but if you don't like the link you can create yours and share also. 2. SEARCHABLE / VISIBILITY if you want people to be able to find your group on telegram when they search the name on telegram, you have to make the group publish, if your group is public people can easily search the name of the group on telegram and find it easily.

Generate/create a new link and make sure the link doesn't expire, there is an option to set the link to last for a certain period for Instance the link can be valid for 1 day 2 days and so, make sure it's set to no limit and your good to go Make
