A tip from me.. if you use AutoCAD as a drawing software you can just export as DXF.. in this case you don't need to embed and ungroup.. but just manage all your objects from the layer tab in Illustrator
This video is amazing! Others make it so complicated but the way u explain i feel like i can do it!! Thank u so much! And yes we would want a part 2 or even part 3😘
I will be very grateful if you could make an in depth video for most usefull tools, commands, tricks that are daily used specially for architects, thst for 3 most important adobe softwares, namely : photoshop, illustrator, and indesign. I am an architect, but unfortunately i couldnt practice my beloved job for more than 3 years. Luckily i am able to comeback now, but i feel i have forgot most of things i used in those 3 programs. I other words i lost confidence. And couldnt find any full package on youtube, which is focused on those programs as an architect. I hope you have such plans in future.
What do you do if you have changed the lineweights but cannot paint something? How do I know were the problem -the gap- is? Sould I close the gaps or use the shape builder tool to paint?
hi i need help with the seamless texture to pattern ,, the I did it as u showed but the drawing wont pick up the pattern , sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't for the same drawing , do u have any tip?

For the exporting vectors ? I have a very high urban sketchup model. And when I am exporting my file gets stuck :( any tips ?
Divide the model into layers and export each one individually. Then combine it in illustrator
Where did you get your basic graphic textures from? Would be nice to have them for my projects
