For a large part of the WNBA's existence I have not had a desire to watch it because they never have had the NBA's athleticism to have exciting shot making possibilities. Over the last 2 to 3 years I have seen the shot making and dribbling improve so much that I have started to watch it more consistently. I see over the next 2-3 years an incredible amount of talent coming in from the college game that will only help improve the WNBA become a more exciting and watchable league.
When you have Sabrina shooting and playing like that (31 points a few minutes into the 3rd quarter) and A'ja and Kelsey combining to shoot 6-for-30, and the Liberty being that hot as a team from 3, it makes sense. I think a lot of teams could have beaten the Aces yesterday, but when it's a team like the Liberty and as hot as they were, it spells blowout. 50-17 in the 2nd half ... say no mo'.

No. Challenging men will never be a good idea. It will only make people respond with "see, this is why we don't watch." Women's sports are just going to have to go through the slow growth.
