The bank will give you a form and need of your signature. Hope this will help those who are processing their NCLEX application.

Hello, I have a question here. So it is like I got the mail from NYSED stated I am eligible to take nclex exam a year ago. Now when I applied for ATT of which I didn’t get it for more than 3 weeks. I called up to them for delayed ATT and somehow they were telling me to fill up the form 1. So I didn’t get that is it possible to get approval from them without filling up form 1 . If it’s not then why r they telling me to fill up the form 1 ?? Can u please clarify me on this? Thank you

Di ko nga alam ano ung gauge nila. bat 90% pa lang syang complete. Sana ung training, hindi ko sinunod ung binigay na link kc parang medyo mahirap ung link dun. Sana nag choose nlng ako ng ibang option na mas common na nirerecommend sa ibang youtube like ceufast ata mas common un na kinukuha..at mas mabilis at madali.... 😩

Dapat po merong summary ng RLE and kasama po siya sa isang mailing envelope with the full address of NYSED.

@@sherryprotacio6015 kasi hindi pa naman nila nagagawa yung verification. Kaya ibabalik mo yung docs mo da PRC. Tinatatakan lang sa dhl para proof na paid ka na.
Hello po ask ko lang. Nag email pa po ba kayo sa nysed for follow up sa license status niyo since the day na pinadala school and prc documents niyo or kusa lang po sila nag email agad na natanggap na nila pinadala niyong documents?

90 days validity until you make a schedule. So you have 90 days to decide when you will schedule the exam

Hindi po sila nag eemail talaga ma received na nila. You just have to wait for the eligibility email

Hi @crystelcruz may I ask if I can register in pearson vue even without the confirmation from NYSED? it's been 2 months but I haven't got the confirmation yet from them. i've been sending request in their website for the status of application but still no reply
