that long space upstairs would be perfect for anyone that has a business and machines lol . someone that is just starting off and are working their way to getting warehouse space :) also i envisioned a very cool home school space . :)
Great ideas. I like the home school option, except, I don't know that my wife and have what it takes to home-school our kids... I hear great things from parents who do though
Not for me. Negatives: no living area access to yard. Traffic is close and loud. Wine rack across from powder room, in a hallway? Long undefined space upstairs. Bookshelves only on one side of fireplace, no balance. Drive slopes toward garage...rain will too. Farmhouse sink is dated. Lot of wasted space throughout.
Thank you for sharing! I'm going to ask some of these builders why they don't build stairs and see what they say. Is it aesthetics, cost, something else? I'm generally curious.
The extra laundry room off the master, that’s getting closed down into a closet. I think my favorite feature is going to be the neighborhood. But I would like to see this house on the other side of the street. That way I can get some of that traffic noise.
I did see a lot for sale on the same side for 199K but it's further away from the street. It's to the right of that other house (king of it's hill). I can get you more info if you are curious; let me know
What do the HOA documents say about fencing? Can you put up a wrought iron style fence? If you put that up and then you put hedges up around it, you may be able to negate some of the noise from the vehicles but not all of it
It’s a nice house but not the perfect house for me. Not being able to access the yard is a huge negative IMO. The carpet on the second level is a huge minus for me. The secondary bedrooms are rather small. I do like the covered porch area but would want it screened in.
Hi Sharonda, we're on the same page about accessing the yard. I would prefer having stairs connecting to the deck as well. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts!
Not enough upper cabinets, lots of useless space upstairs. Wine rack in wrong place. Road noise. The two from door is stupid. Overall, poor layout. Not for me
Hah, that's true! Would you have them do the groceries altogether then or would that be something you still did because you enjoy it? I personally like doing our groceries and buying the little things I want lol.
The cost of adding stairs is relatively inexpensive in this price range so I wonder what the reason for not doing it is. What do you think it might be?

Wine rack right on the entry. Guess grabs one and says: i brought the wine!
😂
I would turn the room above the garage into a family room with a little kitchen, movie nights sleep over for kids.
That's a great idea, I like it.

Yea, not gonna lie. That door into the kitchen/pantry area is nice.
Right?!
That long room upstairs would definitely be great for a sew/craft room.
You could do so much in there, multiple craft stations... Cricut, glowforge, etc.
Very rare that i like a home from the entry point, but i really like this....thank u for the upload!!!
Thanks for watching and sharing! Which entry point was your favorite?
💕 love 💕 the dinner room space
In football, there’s a saying that if you have 2 QBs, you have no QB. So if you have 2 front doors, you have no front door.
This home is doomed then.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours you have a good sense of humor. It is an attractive home.
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your thoughts. Always appreciate them!
It's funny I thought of a bowling alley too.
Right?? It's such a long and narrow space.

I had the same thoughts. Didn’t like the sloped driveway for rain. A wine rack at the front door. Why??

There are restrictions on the type of fencing. Wrought iron is acceptable. Hedges are too behind the house. Anything upfront would require approval.
It’s confusing, I would have no clue which one was the front door. Both don’t look like a grand curb appeal
That's a good point. Maybe a better placement would be on the right side a bit.
Are the HOA fees the same for this home? As they were for the other one that you have a video on?
Yea, they are consistent in Governors Towne Club

Wouldn't it be a better design to just put the garage closer to the pantry and kitchen?
You aren't wrong
No big tub large bathroom. Jennifer
There's definitely room in there for a larger one, that's for sure.

If I could afford this house Zi could pay someone to unload my groceries 😊

@@TerenceRichardsonTours I do too! But, sometimes bit would be nice to have someone else do it! Jennifer ☺️
hum Americans and houses and smart
Thanks for watching, was there a question there?
no no I'm good just watching@@TerenceRichardsonTours
Understood, have a great day!

Cool.
Biggest drawback, no access to the backyard. Thats just stupid

Too expensive
What's a better price?
Beautiful house but nonsense rooms ….
Bet I know which ones you are talking about lol... To be sure, which do you mean?
