It takes a few seasons to build up your "corm quality selection" for replanting. The Philippines may be a too "hot" climate as they grow best "cold/winter even snow weather". Most producing countries do not want to sell the corms as they do not want "competition" but your best bet for purchasing and experimenting may be a big flower companies in Holland. Do not buy a lot do some experimenting first in "cool area" good luck
@@jekciso I am lucky that my local nursery carries the bulbs for 15 for $6. It is enough for a person to make paella every year. If you wanted to FARM it you may need to travel and bring back a lot.

Your saffron is a bit too orange. It should be more yellow.
