make sure you have the small wire clip that attaches the float to the brass valve with the mushroom top. you are cleaning it at minute 4.27 with the rubber tip. you need to balance the carbs or it wont rev evenly the lower butterfly is the problem. sounds like your running on one side only 3 cylinders! that's why you need that spring clip
