I've just started wearing make-up again after years of not doing so. My boyfriend passed away in May and I decided I need pampering. I've bought just a few items. But I'd like to project pan those before I buy more make-up. I don't wear eye make-up or do my brows. So I'm including two lipsticks and a lip gloss, tinted foundation, concealer and a stick blush which is multi use one. Also one of the lipsticks is pink so would make a nice blush. This feels like fun!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, my deepest condolences to you and both your families ❤️
I think pampering yourself is such a lovely idea and I hope it provides some comfort. Sounds like you've got a very sensible approach to it as well, not bringing in too many items and using only what you need/use. Please let me know how it goes! :)

I'm also doing one for the first time this year. I'm not massively into makeup, so mine includes skincare, bodycare, & haircare also. Not duplicating is definitely key to me getting through products at any significant pace... no matter how much I want ALL the shampoos 😅

Yes project pans don't have to just be makeup! I did a non-makeup project pan last year and got through so many skincare and bodycare products! :)

@vickilouise7764 Yeah I was actually inspired by your non-makeup project pan 😊

So helpful to get this extra boost of motivation! I'm doing a 23 in 23!

I am doing it for the first time this year and I basically just wanted to get more use out of my collection and use older items up. However when it comes to blushes as I have so many I try to focus on two liquids (one pinkish one more peachy) and two powders (they match the liquids) per month and then kind of switch the liquids every month (a tad bit darker or a bit brighter but still matching my powders). I actually did not want to buy new makeup unless it’s used up but I am getting a bit bored with my two eyeshadow palettes especially since I don’t like one of them anymore and the other one I only use the mattes and one of the three shimmers so it feels like it’s always the same look.

That's a good way of rotating through your blushers frequently. I understand about getting bored with your eyeshadow palettes. Have you looked at tutorials for those palettes to see if there's any different ways of wearing the shadows?
