Fireplace Mantels - We had a home without a fireplace mantel. We picked up an unfinshed one at either Home Depot or Lowe's. I sanded it down, used a tack cloth to getall the dust, then stained it with a satin stain so it wasn't super glossy, sanded edges a little more than other areas with steel wool, used the tack cloth again, and then did a second coat of stain. I don't remember but I may have even repeated the process a third time. Be sure to use a good brush and not a cheap one. It came with directions to hang it and it turned out wonderful and looks like it had been there all along. You could even use wood primer and paint it. I just searched both places and they have both finished and unfinished ones and of course like all things, some are in stock and others have to be ordered. Good luck!
Get a plaid outdoor soft rug for underneath the one Larry doesn’t like. It looks so cute when the plaid one is bigger and it looks so cute! Layer the rugs!
The foyer decor with the table, candles and mirror looks great. I think a basket at the bottom would complete the look. I notice not only is “Little “ your favorite word but you say “I’m exited about that” too…. A lot………LOL Too cute ! House is coming along Nicely !!!!!!

I'm a background kinda gal.... but I had to let you know Tums has a different kind called chewy bites they are a bit more expensive, but I also hate the chalkiness (the texture is like eating chalk) of the regular Tums and those chewy bites are a life saver!!! Worth a try!

Sometimes acid reflux can be caused by too little stomach acid, not too much like we normally think. I use apple cider vinegar gummies instead of Tums and they help me greatly. You don't get instant relief, but if you're consistent, they work!

I am watching the video where you were asking if we believe in expired medicine. I’ve done it both ways - either throwing it out or saving it. However, my son just had quite an infected scratch on his leg. I was using expired Neosporin. It was not working at all, so I tried a new tube and it started healing. I’m not taking chances anymore!

Loved this vlog, I love to see all the Us halloween goods, I would have brought home that huge pumpkin nutcracker thing, And oh if you see the headless horseman you should get it cause it’s a halloween musthave and that witch from Crackle barrel😉 And that wreat ghost statue, And they also have a scoobydoo cup for you’re mum i would think she would love that, And oh that frontdoor looks like a spiderweb it would look amazing paint it black the door💜🕸️🕷️And around the mirror you could put some fairylights for halloween and you could decorate that table also seasonal, But i loved this girly out day and i would have bought the black pumpkin mug that’s me in a halloween mug💜

You could widdle or carve away the bottoms of the candles a bit so they fit better in the holders 😊 so you can use the ones you bought and not have to get new ones.
In Canada we have Homesense and Winners which is the Canadian version of Home Goods and Marshalls. I can spend the whole day there looking at stuff. I am also a cat person and that cat painting is just too gorgeous. OMG those of huge cookies. Great choice on that table and mirror. It looks perfect.

You should try ginger capsules for your stomach issues. Just pure powdered ginger. Helps a lot.
Crumbl does new cookies every week, but I think they keep the chocolate chip and sugar with frosting all the time
