    Why were there two diesel locos being hauled as well. So many more tons being hauled???

      The diesel units are used as the steam loco itself doesn't have enough power to make it over the gradients on Sir Lowry's Pass.

      @@IO-zz2xy Perhaps, although even with 13 coaches, it still is quite busy almost every weekend.

      @@IO-zz2xy They actually had to add the 13th coach recently, because it was getting full with only 12.
