Is the fact that it was deemed unlawful twice gonna affect re-entry into the US with advanced parole? I have an aunt who re entered with TPS no problem but not sure if it’s gonna be the same case with DACA, gonna get my advanced parole soon but generally a little worried cause of what’s going on in texas😅

Hi there, advance parole is currently open for DACA recipients. Of course, all individuals returning to the United States are still subject to immigration inspection at a port of entry. Read more here on the DACA case:

I traveled to Mexico on November 2023 with advanced parole as a Daca recipient and I had no issue at all coming back. Currently in Adjustment of status process for green card!!

Definitely can visit any country as long as you have a qualifying reason (humanitarian, educational, business). See more at informedimmigrant.com/AP
