I still believe that its historia baby at the end panel. It will wrap up the story better when Isayama waiting till the last chapter to reveal it.
You have a point of the baby being Mikasa and Eren from that different time loop, but who knows what to expect on 139. Isayama can drop our guards in a heart beat

Does nobody ever think the last panel is actually Eren's son AKA Historia's son instead, holding his baby, like many years int the future?? That would be a simple clear definite resolution of the world being reborn & will have a better future for humanity.
I was never fan of the idea that the child is Eren's and Historia, because then again, it will repeat the history of Grisha, Dina, and the birth of Zeke, spcially now, that it was established in 138, that if Mikasa gave a different answer, Eren would've left everything for her. This just shows that even if Historia's baby is Eren's its not a child out of love, but rather an obligation. Which destroys the whole point of ENDING THE CYLE.
The baby in the last panel, doesn't have to be Historia's it could've been the Marleyan baby the people were saving in 134/2 (?), the one which was supposed to fall of the cliff. In 138, just after the rumbling, stopped for a while, the baby was again shown to had stopped crying. And it would only make sense for Eren to hold that same baby in 139, telling him he's free. Its like telling the baby, "you don't have to cry/ be scared anymore. You are free"
With only 45 pages in chapter 139, I doubt, Isayama would spend so much time showing how Eren and Historia got involved whatsoever. If the baby was really Eren's and has an important role, he would've shown it in 138, but No.
The first chapter started with Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, and it would end that way.
Eren will die/ stay in the paths. After all, his name means "SAINT".
It won’t be many years in the future because she’s having her baby now . Unless it’s a different baby. but like the above comment , I’ve never been a fan of Historia’s baby being Eren’s either.

My CRAZY theory for chapter 139.
Mikasa is Ymir. I said it's crazy but hear me out :)
I think this is somehow entangled with Mikasa's memory flashes and ackerman origins which still were not explained fully. Also, it's weird how founder could erase everyone's memories except ackermans, like they have some kind of access to Paths. Then, ackermans cannot become titans? Why? Maybe because Ymir lives within them and Fritz did not want her to access her own full powers once he renounced war.
Also when Eren told Mikasa she is a mindless slave used to protect a king this was very similar how Ymir was described in 120 chapter. And then, that Ymir smile when she is looking at Mikasa at the end of 138 chapter...
This might explain those multiple timelines. Seems like Mikasa is controlling them, like she has powers of Ymir.I feel like something crazy will go down on Mikasa/Ymir story in the next chapter.
Re-watched all anime endings. Seems interesting how first season ED is focused on something coming down from space/stars(maybe centipede) and Mikasa. Many times in this manga/anime story I get a feeling like Mikasa story is the main one. And it never gets explained what is happening with her which I find quite odd.
So, what do you guys think?

@Yamini Mandagiri To tell you the truth, maybe this also involves him too. He did have saved Eren multitple times and still wanted to save him even after Pixie and others were thinking about taking founder titan powers to other person. But, Mikasa seems kind of special since she is Ackerman-Hizuru mix. And we didn't see Levi having visions/memory flashes much. Also Isayama said Mikasa is the center of AOT universe and many Japan fans speculate she is the main protagonist. Mikasa was the first character Isayama came up with when he started on AOT.
I definitely agree that Mikasa is one of the most important characters of the series , but something like this may be a lot to explain in one chapter. It would require a lot of explanation through timelines which is never easy. It’s an interesting thought though! Anything could happen at this point. I’m curious about Ymir’s perspective
