The very first time I've heard the name Travis was when watching Blake's 7 movie in the '80. And that Travis in the movie was a very smart guy. He was saying little but always on point and wise. Travis in this video is talking a lot but still saying a lot, on point and wise. No BS as majority of others, no house tours, no car shows, no sweet talk. It's someone to trust to, in my opinion. And I usually don't trust people, even less on RUclips.

I'm still in my beginning stages of researching all of this. But so far the hardest part for me is figuring out how to (through Alibaba) move my product from a 'Private Label" to a 'Passion Product'. Specifically with clothing, most manufacturers that I can see have limited fabric patterns. I want unique patterns to be my niche. I appreciate you sharing all your knowledge.

Thanks a lot for your informative videos. I started watching your videos since two weeks ago and I learned a lot about how to create a passion product (instead of private labeling or wholesales) and how to use amazon or/and shopify/woocommerce to sell the product.
1- first question about how we can ship products to Amazon warehouse in US from a foreign country (for instance Morocco)?
2- for foods par exemple, what's the legal process to export food products to US (and world wide markets if you have an idea)?
3- is it a good idea to work with locals cooperatives instead of industrial manufacturer?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

One hard thing is when making a new product getting a patent. I know a lot of people don’t, but if you get a patent then you don’t have to worry about the big box stores or amazon just doing what you did. Making your nut butter maybe just better off keeping the recipe a secret like KFC and others have done, but other products probably would do better with a patent.

Hi Travis, tahnk you for your nice video.
One question about working with manufacturers that I have always had is this: what about if you have an idea of a new product or of a modded product but you haven't a patent for it (because there is no innovation or simply beacuse one doesn't think it worths to protect the product by a patent). Would you sign a NDA or similar with the manufacturer? For example, your nuts can't obtain a patent, or maybe, if one could patent the mixture of nuts, doesn't seem to be worthy; so what would be the best way, in your opinion, to deal with this matter? Building a trusty relationship with the manufacturer? Signing a specific agreement (but preparing an agreement is pricy)? Furthermore others can easily copy your product, as in another video of yours you stated. Thank you, Federico

Hello Travis, is your nut butter product made in China?
If so, I'm guessing you checked with US manufacturers also & they were too expensive?
Just wondering cause I have a consumable product I want to sell but want it made in the US.
    Great info. Thank you

    Hi Travis.
Thanks for the video, super helpful. Is it possible to have the manufacturer ship the product strait to Amazon without ever having to handle it yourself?

I'm setting up a dropship product with aliexpress. My challenge is finding a manufacturer on there that will ship within a week or 2. Is that possible and how do you recommend I go about researching that information?

I have so many ideas that I want to create that I'm most definitely sure that will sale tremendously I'm very passionate about all of my ideas I just don't know the first place to start I don't know who to talk to to make patterns and manufacturer them and honestly I am nervous on sharing my ideas because I don't want anyone to take them I understand you supposed to copyright them but can I copyright an idea before it's created? I mean don't I have to create the ideal and then copyrighted it? and I just don't know where I can find that type of support and hope that won't try to steal my ideas
