No a constitutional amendment would have to be 2/3 of the state legislatures. Currently 30 state legislatures are under republican control. But a few of them it’s a very slim majority

I like him in office. By the time he's done we'll be crippled financially, morally, socially, and some other society won't even have to go to war with us. Sorry Harry but, despite the Seattle judge's ruling, it will be appealed until it gets to the SCOTUS, who will uphold Trump's EO's Constitutionality on the grounds that, when the 14th Amendment Section 1 was written, it was not intended to be interpreted as expansively as it is; that it was intended to apply only to the children of slaves. Those ideas are easily supported by the history. SCOTUS will apply the "Glucksberg" test just like they did (erroneously) in Dobbs to reverse Roe. This time there is actually a strong case to be made, especially for the cases of "birth tourism", and there is enough flexibility in the words "and", "subject" and "jurisdiction" to allow the SCOTUS to reverse lower courts and uphold Trump's EO. This SCOTUS has proven it is not bound by 125 years of precedent or tradition or even legal accuracy. Writing this as someone who despises Trump 100% but I think this one is gonna defy everyone's predictions and become law.
