You know so much and are a great player. If you could slow down a bit, or reduce a line in explainable chunks it would be great! Thank you for your lessons.
Man My Good Brother!!! You're quite a incredible musical musician on that guitar of yours, I don't care what you said at the very end of this video... you're burning my man.. you've definitely got the high hip awake vibe through and through... lol..wow.. it's HOT. KNOW IT..Peace and Creativity.
What IS that great drum looping/time keeping/metronomic device that you use to set up the bebop groove? Is this a backing track or drum loop machine/metronome? It is badass in the extreme and I MUST have it! Please help! Thanks a ton! More from here soon.
He's not claiming to be a "teacher" per se - and you are not playing for his instruction either. This is an advanced player showing off some of his ideas and concepts for anyone who wants to listen. He's not speaking to beginners who need concepts carefully spoon fed to them. Advancing players will recognize the chord shapes he's playing just by looking at them. If he's moving too fast for you, no problem- there are plenty of slower placed lessons on RUclips you can watch. You can come back to this when you're ready. What I do with this video is just try to transcribe some of his ideas - no different from transcribing off an album except you have the opportunity to see where his fingers are placed.
Impressive chops, and Bebop vocabulary, a bit on the noodly, masturbatory side for it to be a lesson . Probably could have been turned into several lessons that focus on smaller bits of the concepts. If we're not for prior knowledge this would have been frustrating. once again, accomplished, talented player here, just seems as if the lesson was done after a big gagger of some goop.
If I didnt know any better I'd think this video was a goof. I mean, if you're going to try and make an instructional video, you might want to actually explain what you're doing rather than just playing the whole time without saying anything.
Aaron you are SO right, slow the hell down you already know it
Is there any possibility to get some tab and or slower videos of what you do. So inspiring, spontaneous but it goes by fast,

Some players are great teachers...some aren't.

I don't think my brain works fast enough.
This guy's just thinking out loud... It's almost like he doesn't know the camera is on.

people also enjoy these lessons exactly the way they are and if you want slower lessons there are plenty of them online.
