Honestly, what couldn't Shari Lewis do? She conducts, sings, dances, acts, plays musical instruments, is a puppeteer, and superb ventriloquist. She even wrote an episode of Star Trek. Amazing talent!
Finally, at long last, someone put up the complete Shari Lewis Christmas Concert, with the complete William Tell/Lone Ranger duet between Shari and Grizzly, and the beautiful "Carol of the Bells" over the credits at the end. I've wanted to see and hear this again for decades, so this is the best Christmas Present I could have received -- thank you and have a wonderful Christmas!
Arnie Quis thank you, I hope you have a merry Christmas as well! I was disappointed for years when I tried to find this online, you couldn’t get the whole thing and a copy of it costed a fortune. I found it at the library one day looking through their tapes and I asked them to let me know if they were ever getting rid of them... thankfully I got it for $2. I’m surprised it stayed on RUclips due to copyright but I’m happy having it here for as long as they’ll allow it.
Amazing talent. I have an indelible memory of taking my son, who was about 6 years old, to hear her with the National Symphony in DC. This was 1982 or 1983. One of her pieces was "The Auctioneer," sung as a duet with Lamb Chop. What she did seemed all but impossible. She was a wonderful entertainer. RIP.
This was an ex library tape so it’s definitely seen better days. I copied it to DVD about a year ago and finally around to bringing it to RUclips. I have a small collection of children’s videos and other stuff that’s not available elsewhere, I may be putting some more up soon. It takes quite a long time from the tape to RUclips unfortunately. It took about 12 hours to get this one perfect and prepared for RUclips
Thought about her for the first time in decades today. Naturally RUclips selected this as a suggested video tonight. I love it and they were right. But how did they read my mind?
Wow,, what a pro way more than a children's entertainer. Whip smart comedy, versatile musicianship, and the chorus number shows off one hot babe in her late 40s! (1981)
Thank you so much for providing this to us Shari Lewis fans! I watched this with my two sons when they were quite young, and after hearing our granddaughters singing a Christmas song a few days ago, thought of this concert/show and wondered if it would be available on RUclips. Lo and behold, my search was brief indeed. My son is very pleased to be able to share this happy memory now with his children. Thanks again!
Karen Zak I’m happy to have been able to sure it with you! It was a struggle for years trying to find it online or track down a copy, so I knew once I did I had to put it on RUclips
In my opinion Shari should've kept this hairstyle it was so flattering on her. I didn't care for the tight curls she wore in the 90s. What a talented lady! An amazing ventriloquist, singer, conductor, and performer!

Ah, beat cancer?
@@Orange-Jumpsuit-Time She beat breast cancer. It was uterine cancer that got her 😞
A wonderful tribute to a legendary entertainer who left us too soon. Rest in peace, Shari.
So much talent!! We lost her way too soon.
She was so talented. A simpler time. Thank you for sharing.

I don’t know how she did that. Jumping back and forth between her and the puppet is amazing.
Thank you!!! This was my favorite as a child and I have been searching for it for the past 12 years ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm so glad to find this. I could never remember which puppet she worked with for William Tell.
Shari, you are extremely talented!! Amazing!! I have admired you all these years, and maybe more. Rest in Peace.
I don't remember this. I'm so glad to find it.

Barron Wilson when they’re not listening to your conversations they can access your mind 🤯

Wow! This was the first time I ever saw Shari and Lambchop! They aired it back on the Disney Channel!
Such a beautiful and talented lady whose TV show I remember watching. I credit her for my love of puppetry and ventriloquism.
Blimey! She could sing any Broadway Musical known to man! ❤️
Shari is a bundle of joy.

Shari has an amazing legacy.
Dang, is there anything Shari Lewis couldn't do?! Merry Christmas, everyone!
Lamb chop in a Santa hat, cute

39:48 my family’s favorite Christmas memory
Marie Fluis and Porkchop in Marie's Holiday Show would be a GREAT parody!
15:49 - 15:52 😂😂😂😂
Lambchop: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way
Shari: Fine
Lamb Chop: DEEEECK THE HALLS
Cool
Hey! Does anyone know what that first composition in the first five minutes is? It’s really wonderful and I can’t seem to identify it
@Kathrine Dixon Thank you!
