@@SavageCoasters if they do do that what would be the point of riding the ride because the loop is the most iconic point of the ride it’s what son of beast is known for that massive loop……so I would be very disappointed if they do change it to a stall instead of having a loop
why is this ride better than most other i-box coasters? i mean, i have opinions but this for me is one of the best rmc's designed kings island, now you know what your next coaster should be
An RMC Hybrid could make the original layout viable durability wise. I don’t know why it’s never crossed my mind as much as I have wished to experience this ride when it was around.
I love these various Son of Beast concepts, I just wish they used wooden track. The whole point would be the wooden track. Especially since it seems they're setting King's Island up to be the wooden coaster/track capital.
Just call it Son of Beast Reborn. And just like Arrow Dynamics, Later on through engineering technology they realize that the use of the Lattice Arches over The Inversions weren't necessary. The same thing could be done with some of the Inversion Rolls with the RMC In-box Track. It would definitely give The Coaster a Very Sleek Look. The same like standing under The Carolina Cyclone at Carowinds.
I was hoping this was going to follow the general layout of the original. It wasn't even close.... it didn't really feel like an RMC or like Som Of Beast.
It was literally SOB’s footprint, just minus the two helices. I would miss the helices, to be honest, but RMC doesn’t seem to like them. It’s pretty realistic they’d take them out.
RMC has said that they currently don't have any Ibox & trains that are capable of going at giga heights and speeds. It would have to have been a Trex, which is nowhere near ready for production yet

Would be interesting to see RMC do a traditional loop. They don't seem to want to do it but here it would be a must.

RMC has said they’re perfectly capable and willing to do a vertical loop, a client just hasn’t asked for one

I really wonder why rmc doesn’t enjoy loops. They need to come up with a structure that can support a loop if they did redesign son of beast
